Dartmouth Hosts Skate with Big Green

HANOVER, N.H. -- Dartmouth men's hockey players continue to give
back to the community by hosting the annual Skate with the Big
Green on Sunday, Oct. 19. Skate with the Big Green is presented by
White River Toyota and is a free event that is open to the
public.
The team will participate in an open practice at Thompson Arena
from 11:30-12:45 before joining the fans on the ice at 1:00. Hot
dogs and drinks will be served on the concourse behind the press
box. Skate with the Big Green is an event that has been ongoing for
more than 10 years.
"This is a great event for our team to show their appreciation to
the communtiy for all its support," said head coach Bob Gaudet.
"The payers enjoy having a chance to meet the youngsters of the
community that support them. As a team we really enjoy the
connection we are able to make with the people that continually
support our program."
