VANCOUVER -- Winger David Jones wasn't just glad to be in the Avalanche lineup with such teammates as Joe Sakic and Ryan Smyth in his home area Tuesday night.

Jones hasn't gotten over the shock.

"Look," Jones said after the morning skate in GM Place, "I was just hoping to get a chance to meet them at training camp. I found myself playing with them. I think it's a dream and I'm going to wake up one of these days."
