Switch in Tournaments Has Big Green Headed West

HANOVER -- The explanation for Dartmouth's first holiday tournament in Colorado sounds a bit like a break-up speech.
"It's not you, it's me. I think we should see other people - spread our wings as it were. We can still be friends."
For the past 14 seasons, the Big Green has competed alternately in holiday events either it or the University of Vermont has hosted. This year, instead of Burlington, Dartmouth is descending upon the Rocky Mountain State for the Wells Fargo Denver Cup, hosted this weekend by the University of Denver.
