Jackals Acquire Hartwick
ELMIRA, N.Y. - The Elmira Jackals announced that they have
acquired former Dartmouth defenseman Mike Hartwick from the
Charlotte Checkers in exchange for future considerations.
The Jackals are the ECHL affiliate of the Columbus Blue Jackets of
the National Hockey League and the Syracuse Crunch of the American
Hockey League.
The 24 year old has two penalty minutes in one game with Charlotte
after having one assist and 18 penalty minutes in seven games with
Wheeling in 2006-07, signing with the Nailers after completing his
career at Dartmouth College.
