Kennedy Lands in Idaho
BOISE, Idaho – Idaho Steelheads Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Hardy Sauter announced Thursday the signing of former Cornell standout Patrick Kennedy.
Kennedy, who may make his Steelheads debut Friday, is a 6-foot-3 rookie out of Cornell, where he was a teammate of former Steelheads forward Evan Barlow, Ottawa Senators forward Colin Greening and former NHL 1st-round draft choice Riley Nash. He totaled 17 goals over four seasons at Cornell and made his pro debut earlier this season, skating in one game for the ECHL’s Trenton Titans.
