ITHACA -- Round Two without the flu. That's what this weekend's
ECAC Hockey games at Lynah Rink are shaping up to be.
Two weeks ago, Cornell went to the North Country with 17 players
sickened by a virus that spread like wildfire. Now Cornell is
healthy as St. Lawrence and Clarkson make their annual trip to
Ithaca.
Despite battling the bug, the eighth-ranked Big Red snapped an
eight-game North Country skid by beating Clarkson. The
home-and-home series has been a completely different story at Lynah
Rink, where Cornell has been dominant. In their last 17 games at
home against Clarkson and St. Lawrence, Cornell is 14-2-1.
