UNIONDALE, N.Y. -- Prior to the start of the 2009-10 season,
nobody probably envisioned Matt Moulson scoring 30 goals for the
New York Islanders.
Except for Matt Moulson, of course.
But with two more goals in Monday's 4-0 win against the New Jersey
Devils in front of a capacity crowd at Nassau Veterans Memorial
Coliseum, Moulson is indeed on pace to score 30 goals in his first
full season in the NHL. He now leads the club with 19.
