Cornell Eyes Road Improvement

ITHACA -- Perhaps reading "The Inner Game of Golf" will help Cornell improve its outer game of hockey.
The Big Red men's team can't erase the two season-opening losses it endured last weekend at Lynah Rink, but the team's early-season reading assignment may help players put the results in the past heading into this weekend's ECAC Hockey-opening trip to the North Country.
While the book may help shave a stroke or two off their scorecards on the links in the summer, the more pressing hope is that the lessons put forth can be applied on the ice this fall and winter.
