ITHACA — Just like statistics can't always tell the complete story of any hockey game, neither can the final scores.
At least that's the approach being taken by the Cornell men's
hockey team heading into a pivotal weekend at Lynah Rink.
The Big Red has given up nine goals its last two games. It's lost
three games in a row. It's national ranking has plummeted. And its
power play has been successful just 11.5 percent of the time in an
eight-game stretch in which the team is 2-5-1.
