Brahmas Sign Seminoff

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas -- The Texas Brahmas of the Central
Hockey League (CHL) announced Friday the signing of Cornell
defenseman Jared Seminoff to an amateur tryout for the 2009
playoffs.
Seminoff, 23, comes from Cornell University where he spent four
seasons accumulating 34 points (4 G, 31 A) in 130 games played. The
5’11, 190 pound blueliner played three seasons in Juniors
with the Notre Dame Hounds and Nanaimo Clippers. In his rookie
season with the Hounds in 2002-03, the Nelson, BC native was named
to the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) Rookie Team.
