Islanders Add Moulson
The New York Islanders announced Monday that they agreed to
terms with four players, including former Cornell standout Matt
Moulson, on one-year, two-way contracts.
Moulson has totaled six goals and four assists for 10 points in 29
games with the Los Angeles Kings during the last three seasons. A
native of North York, ON, Moulson played the majority of his time
in the Kings’ organization with the team’s AHL

86 assists for 160 points in 188 games.
Prior to his professional career, Moulson attended Cornell
University, where he graduated in 2006 after accumulating 138
points (71 goals and 67 assists). Moulson led Cornell in scoring
his sophomore, junior and senior years. He was originally a draft
choice of the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft where
he was chosen in the ninth round, 263rd overall.
