Nash Returns to Oilers' Camp
General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the Edmonton
Oilers will be hosting their 2009 Development Camp from July 6-10,
2009. Cornell standout Riley Nash, a 2007 first-round selection by
the Oilers, will attend the camp for the second consecutive
year.
Millennium Place in Sherwood Park will once again host the Oilers
top prospects, with 23 players reporting to camp. All off-ice
workouts will take place at Rexall Place and a special team
building session has been scheduled at CFB Edmonton.
Notables attending camp include Jordan Eberle, the Oilers 2008
first-round draft choice (22nd overall) and 2007 first-round draft
choices Alex Plante (15th overall) and Nash (21st overall).
