PROVIDENCE — Ryan Vesce is a Cornell grad, but he spent most
of yesterday with a vacant, empty stare on his face.
Vesce didn’t suddenly turn stupid, but he did turn
exhausted. The Sharks captain took a red-eye flight back from San
Jose yesterday morning and arrived home when everybody else was
downing bacon and eggs. After taking a three-hour nap, he was in
the Worcester lineup here yesterday afternoon.
It has been a wild few days for Vesce.
