Feature: Frosh Devin Fills a Need as Cornell Heads to New England

ITHACA - Theodore Roosevelt once said, "Speak softly and carry a big stick." And while Big Red defenseman Mike Devin carries a pretty standard stick, he certainly speaks softly and possesses a big shot.
That shot produced two goals in the Cornell men's hockey team's 5-3 win over Quinnipiac on Saturday, with one coming on the previously dormant Big Red power play.
"I think I have an easy job. If I get a shot, I take it," Devin said. "Everyone else does the work."
