Wilson Heads to Nashville
NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled former Colgate forward Kyle Wilson from Milwaukee (AHL).
Wilson leads the Admirals in assists (9) and is tied for the team lead in points (13) through 17 games in 2011-12. The Oakville, Ont., native drafted 272nd (ninth round) by the Minnesota Wild in the 2004 Entry Draft has also appeared in 34 NHL games with Washington and Columbus since 2009-10, registering 13 points (4g-9a).
The 6-0, 200-pounder spent four seasons at Colgate from 2002-06, recording 101 points (46g-55a) in 139 games.
