Brisebois Begins Reign in Ontario
ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, proud affiliate of the Los Angeles Kings, announced the signing of former Colgate standout Francois Brisebois to a standard player contract for the 2011-12 season.
Brisebois played with Colgate between 2007 and 2011. He appeared in 145 games for Colgate - including a run of 116 straight contests - recording 86 points (40g, 46a) and 94 penalty minutes in his four-year college career.
The 23-year-old Montreal native led the Colgate squad in scoring with 34 points on 17 goals and 17 assists in his senior year and managed to squeeze in three AHL games with the Binghamton Senators at the end of the 2010-11 season.
