Mitchell Signs with Adler Mannheim
Adler Mannheim (Germany) announced Monday the signing of former Colgate standout Adam Mitchell to a two-year contract.
Mitchell, who starred for the Raiders from 2002-05, joins Adler Mannheim from the Hannover Scorpions, with whom he spent the past four seasons. In 2010-11, he racked up 43 points, including 14 goals, in 44 contests. During his four years in Hannover, Mitchell competed in 178 contests, scoring 52 goals and setting up 85 tallies.
Prior to joining Hannover, Mitchell spent three seasons with EV Landsberg (2006-08). He saw action in 112 games and compiled 68 goals and 84 assists.
A native of Port Elgin, Ontario, Mitchell played 152 games with the Raiders, amassing 35 goals and 64 assists.
