Smith Remains with Walleye
TOLEDO, OH – The Toledo Walleye and Head Coach Nick
Vitucci have announced that the team has signed former Colgate
forward Scooter Smith to a contract for the 2010-11 season.
For Smith, the upcoming campaign will be the fifth in Toledo for
the 29-year-old native of Calgary, Alberta. During parts of his
previous four seasons in Toledo, Smith has averaged nearly a
point-per-game, playing in 163 games and recording 137 points (54g,
83a).
