Raiders to Don Third Jerseys for Charity
HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Colgate
men’s hockey team will be donning its third jersey this
weekend against Princeton and Quinnipiac and fans have the
opportunity to purchase the game worn jerseys today.
The jerseys are priced at $200 and can be purchased by contacting
Michelle Reese in Colgate Athletics at (315) 228-7570. They can be
bought prior to the game and they will be mailed after the
season.
The proceeds from the sale will be going to Silver Puck,
Interfaith Council and Hamilton Food Cupboard. The Interfaith
Council spread holiday cheer throughout Madison County to families
less fortunate and the cupboard will use their earnings to
replenish their shelves for the busy holiday season.
The Raiders take on Princeton and Quinnipiac during the annual
Silver Puck Weekend. The game against the Tigers is set for 7 p.m.,
while Colgate takes on Quinnipiac in Saturday matinee at 4 p.m. at
Starr Rink.
