Colgate Prepares for Quarterfinals

HAMILTON —The Colgate University hockey team is hot.

Can the Raiders stay that way when St. Lawrence University visits Starr Rink for a best-of-three-game ECAC Hockey quarterfinal series this weekend?

“We’re hoping so,” veteran coach Don Vaughan said. “We certainly had a great finish to the season. We needed that to get the bye (in the first round). The team did play well down the stretch.”
