VANCOUVER, British Columbia • The Blues aren't saying whether Andy McDonald suffered a concussion Saturday night in Edmonton, but with a player who has had a concussion-checkered past, the worst is being feared.

McDonald, who missed parts of several seasons with Anaheim because of post-concussion symptoms, did not play Sunday night. He will return to St. Louis with the team today and be re-evaluated as soon as possible.

"We're dealing with it as an upper-body injury, and we'll get the further evaluation when we get home," Blues coach Davis Payne said.
