What a Difference Day Makes

Some coaches call them “difference makers.”
Colgate has just such a player in Danvers product Brian Day, one
of only 15 Division I skaters to reach the 20-goal plateau this
season (Yale’s Broc Little leads the nation with 25).
“He’s a good player, very driven in everything he does
both on the academic side and down here at the rink,” Raiders
coach Don Vaughan said of the junior forward. “We’ve
always felt he had a pretty good upside. A lot of people looked at
him as a power forward, but he does a lot of good offensive things
for us.
