Sad Ending for Conroy in Calgary

It’s tough to see old friend Craig Conroy go through waivers and depart the Calgary Flames.
Conroy is a pro’s pro. He has played for 18 years in the NHL and 1,009 games. He was popular with the Blues for all the obvious reasons -– and he became a beloved figure in Calgary.
He has played 507 games for that franchise, striking up a strong friendship with superstar Jarome Iginla and connecting with fans with his tireless effort.
