Express Welcome Freeman
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL - The Chicago Express, proud member of the ECHL and proud affiliate of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets, announced today that former Clarkson forward Scott Freeman has been signed by the club.
Freeman, 23, got his first taste of professional action at the end of last season with the Victoria Salmon Kings (ECHL). The Whitby, Ontario, native played six games with Victoria, scoring two goals and adding three assists for five points. Freeman played four seasons with Clarkson University from 2007-11, putting up 88 points on 28 goals and 60 assists.
