Jones Still Out as Lightning Begin Playoffs

It was an unlucky play that sent Tampa Bay Lightning defenceman Randy Jones to the sidelines with an ankle injury for more than a month.
But with his Stanley Cup playoffs starting Wednesday in Pittsburgh against the Penguins, the 29-year-old Quispamsis native focused his recovery firmly on the April 13 date.
"If the playoffs didn't start for a month or two, I don't think we would be pushing it this much," said Jones, who joined the Lightning in the off-season after spending the previous campaign in Los Angeles.
