Bridgeport Releases Blight
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American
Hockey League announced that they have released former Clarkson
forward Chris Blight from his professional tryout contract
(PTO).
Blight returns to the Reading Royals of the ECHL after being
called up on Dec. 31 prior to the Sound Tigers game against
Worcester. Blight did not appear in either of the Sound Tigers two
games during his second recall. The Cambridge, ONT native notched
four points (one goal, three assists) in 13 games with the Sound
Tigers earlier this year.
