Jones Excited About Weekend Series

POTSDAM — Colgate and Cornell may be the toughest road trip on the ECAC Hockey schedule.

But for new Clarkson head coach Casey Jones, it’s also a homecoming weekend.

Jones spent nine years of his hockey life calling Cornell home. He played for the Big Red from 1986-90 and worked assistant coaching stints there from 1992-94 and 2008-11. One of Cornell’s assistant coaches when Jones was a player is current Colgate coach Don Vaughan, who just won his 300th career game.
