Dodge is Great at Winning

ALBANY -- Branch Rickey would have loved Nick Dodge.
Rickey, the iconic Brooklyn Dodgers general manager, once summed up player Eddie Stanky with the ultimate compliment for any athlete who has to grind to excel at his craft:
"He can't hit. He can't run. He can't field. He can't throw. He can't do a damned thing ... except beat you."
