McFeeters Extends Time with Kaufbeuren
Former Clarkson standout Rob McFeeters, the 2000-01 ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year, has re-signed with ESV Kaufbeuren (Germany) for the 2010-11 season, the team announced Thursday. McFeeters has spent the past three seasons with Kaufbeuren.
In 44 games in 2009-10, McFeeters tallied 44 points, including 12 goals. He added three points, including a pair of goals, in six playoff contests. In three seasons with Kaufbeuren, McFeeters has registered 77 goals and 132 assists in 143 contests.
Prior to joining Kaufbeuren, McFeeters spent three seasons in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), splitting time with Atlantic City and Fresno. Competing in 151 games, McFeeters compiled 29 goals and 47 assists.
A native of Orillia, Ontario, McFeeters appeared in 127 contests with the Golden Knights from 2000 through 2004. He scored 33 goals and set up 57 goals, including a personal-best 15 goals and 30 points as a freshman.
