Ex-Hab Conroy Remembers Not-So-Glory Years
The following article featuring former Clarkson standout Craig Conroy appeared in the February 10 issue of the Montreal Gazette.

CALGARY – The first clue rookie forward Craig Conroy had
that his NHL career wasn’t unfolding to plan came when
goaltender Patrick Roy charged out of a Montreal Forum net and
slugged him in the face.
And they were teammates.
At his first NHL training camp with the Canadiens in September
1994, 23-year-old Conroy ripped a shot off Roy’s shoulder and
up into the netminder’s mask.
