Longtime Sidekick Conroy Tickled to be Part of it all

The following article featuring former Clarkson standout Craig Conroy appeared in the March 2 issue of the Calgary Sun.

As a frequent linemate of Jarome Iginla's over the years, it only seems fitting Craig Conroy scored the goal to put the Calgary Flames captain past Theo Fleury on the all-time points list.

But when Conroy's tip shot of a Dion Phaneuf point blast was announced, Iginla didn't get credit for the second assist.

He eventually did, but by that time, Iginla had assisted on Michael Cammalleri's powerplay goal and received the standing ovation from the fans during a 8-6 loss last night to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
