Bloomington Releases Sibbald
BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Blaze waived former Brown goaltender Mark Sibbald before Friday night’s game against the Missouri Mavericks.
Sibbald joined the Blaze three weeks ago after being released by the Huntsville Havoc, where he was the reigning goaltender of the year in the Southern Professional Hockey League.
Sibbald was signed December 10 and played in two games. He allowed one goal over a combined 53 minutes in net.
