McMonagle Nets Deal with Tingsryd

Former Brown standout Sean McMonagle, who signed a tryout agreement with Tingsryd (Sweden) in July, has earned a contract with the squad for the 2011-12 season.
McMonagle lands in Sweden after spending the 2010-11 campaign, his first full season as a professional, with the Las Vegas Wranglers of the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). In 61 regular-season contests, McMonagle scored two goals and registered nine assists. The Oakville, Ontario native spent three games on an Amateur Tryout agreement with Las Vegas in 2009-10.
In four seasons at Brown, McMonagle appeared in 113 games,
scoring 16 goals and adding 25 assists for 41 points.
