Ihnacak Nets Tryout in Italy
Pontebba (Italy) announced the signing of former Brown standout Brian Ihnacak to a tryout agreement.
Ihnacak spent the 2010-11 season with three teams in the Central Hockey League (CHL), splitting time between Mississippi, Texas and Allen. He appeared in 42 games, scoring eight goals and assisting on 17 tallies.
Ihnacak spent two seasons in Slovakia (2007-08 and 2009-10), compiling had 25 points (11 goals, 14 assists) in 49 games with Kezmarok, Zvolen and Poprad.
Prior to turning pro, the 6-foot, 190-pounder from Toronto had 76 points (24 goals, 48 assists) in 109 career games with Brown.
