Prough is a Lone Star

When Jeff Prough walked out of the dressing room and stepped on to
the ice surface at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif.,
he couldn’t help but be in awe of his surroundings.
Thousands of screaming fans rose to their feet, and
everyone’s eyes were on Prough.
All that stood between the second-year professional and an empty
net were four plastic targets that he was supposed to hit with
pinpoint precession using a thin piece of wood.
