Brown Measures Forward Progress

ALBANY, N.Y.-- Brown found a more potent offense, a new coach and a full-time goaltender this season -- all of which made little difference in the ECAC Hockey standings.

But during the postseason, the Bears believe they showcased the most important ingredient in their recipe for turning around the struggling program – pride.

That pride was evident throughout Brown’s run to the ECAC semifinals, from its opening upset of Rensselaer, to its three-game quarterfinal series with Yale, when the Bears bounced back from a 6-3 defeat in Game 2.
