Danis Added to Canadiens' Playoff Roster

MONTREAL -- Montreal Canadiens General Manager Bob Gainey announced today that the Club has recalled former Brown goaltender Yann Danis, who will join the Habs for the National Hockey League's Stanley Cup Playoffs. Danis is scheduled to join the team later today.

Danis, 26, appeared in 38 games with Hamilton in 2007-2008. The 6'0", 187-pound native of Lafontaine, Quebec posted an 11-19-4 record with a 3.28 goals-against average and a .893 save percentage in his fifth season with the Bulldogs. Danis is the ‘Dogs all-time leader in wins (81) and games played by a goaltender (132).
