Ford Promoted to Bridgeport

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah -- Utah Grizzlies Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Jason Christie announced today that former Brown defenseman Scott Ford has been recalled to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League.
The Grizzlies are the proud ECHL affiliate of the Sound Tigers and the New York Islanders.
Ford returns to the AHL where he previously logged 47 games with Cleveland and Providence. At the time of his exit, the 6-foot-3 225-pound British Columbia native has one goal and 11 assists.
