League Rivals Tangle on NBC Sports Network

ALBANY, N.Y. -- The second ECAC Hockey game broadcast this season under the new NBC Sports Network umbrella will air Friday, Jan. 27 as Yale visits Harvard at Bright Hockey Center, in Cambridge, M.A.

Friday’s televised game between the Bulldogs and the Crimson will air live on NBC
Sports Network (formerly Versus) at 7:30 p.m. with John Walton, radio play-by-play voice of the National Hockey League's Washington Capitals, and former NHL player, coach and general manager Mike Milbury calling the action. The network reaches more than 75 million homes across the United States.

This will be the second of four ECAC Hockey games featured on NBC Sports Network this season and the first of two featuring Yale, which will host Dartmouth on February 17 at Ingalls Rink.

The fourth and final regular-season league match-up will showcase Cornell at Rensselaer on February 3 at Houston Field House.

The college hockey telecasts will be produced by the same Emmy Award-winning team that oversees all of the NHL games for the NBC Sports Group, led by Sam Flood, executive producer for NBC Sports.
