RPI, Union Await Their NCAA Fate

During its two weeks in college hockey's version of purgatory, RPI wanted to continue practicing while also keeping the mood cheerful.
So one day the players held a 3-on-3 pick-up tournament. The next, they played a Canadians versus Americans game; the Canadians won and celebrated by singing their national anthem on the ice.
Sunday morning, the Engineers finally can begin far more serious preparations, because it appears they're about to play their biggest game in 16 years.
