TROY — The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineers and
the Union College Dutchmen face a monumental task tonight —
if they want their 7 p.m. clash at Messa Rink to live up to the
previous three meetings of the teams this season.
Of course, doing so will not directly be within their mission;
simply scoring one more goal than the opposition will be.
The surprising Dutchmen enter the contest not only atop the ECAC
Hockey standings but also unbeaten in league play at 6-0-3. The
12-4-5 Dutchmen are ranked 13th nationally.
