Former League Trio Crowned AHL Champions
HERSHEY, Pa. – A trio of former League standouts -- Colgate standout Kyle Wilson; St. Lawrence standout Zach Miskovic; and Dartmouth standout Grant Lewis -- were crowned champions Monday as the Hershey Bears claimed their second consecutive American Hockey League (AHL) Calder Cup, defeating the Texas Stars 4-0 to complete a six-game series victory.
Wilson, who appeared in all 21 games during the Bears’
playoff run, compiled 12 points, including six goals. The former
Raiders' forward finished plus-9. The title marks the second
consecutive title with Hershey.
