League Alums to Showcase Skills at ECHL Event

PRINCETON, N.J. – Seven former League standouts will take the ice at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif. on Tuesday at 7 p.m. PT for the 13th Annual ECHL All-Star Skills Competition presented by Reebok Hockey and brought to you by Toyota and the City of Ontario.

The Ontario Reign and the Citizens Business Bank Arena will host the 18th Annual ECHL All-Star Game Reebok Hockey and brought to you by Toyota and the City of Ontario on Wednesday at 7 p.m. PT.

Former League standouts competing in the event are Evan Barlow (Cornell) and Brendan Milnamow (Union) of Idaho; Chris D'Alvise of Stockton (Clarkson); Sasha Pokulok (Cornell) and Shawn Weller of Bakersfield (Clarkson); Jeff Prough (Brown) of Trenton; and Connor Sheilds (Dartmouth) of Johnstown.

Competing in the Sher-wood Hockey Puck Control Relay will be Barlow and D'Alvise.

In the Reebok 8.0.8 Hardest Shot competition, the National Conference will have former Milnamow and Pokulok.

In the Bull Outdoor Products Rapid Fire competition, the American Conference will have Shields, while the National Conference will feature Barlow.

In the MeiGray Group Accuracy Shooting Competition, Prough will be among the shooters for the American Conference. The shooters for the National Conference include Weller, while the passers showcase D'Alvise.

In the Ice Town Breakaway Relay Shields, Prough, Milnamow, Barlow, Weller, D'Alvise and Pokulok will represent their respective conferences.
