Rochester Releases Lord and Petizian

ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Rochester Americans Vice President of Hockey Operations Ted Nolan announced today that the team has released three players from its active roster, including former Renssealer standout Andrew Lord and former St. Lawrence standout Alex Petizian.
Lord returns to the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL after recording
17 penalty minutes in three games with the Amerks. Petizian is
released from his amateur tryout after making his AHL debut with
the Amerks this past week.
