Preseason Rankings Feature League Trio
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Cornell, Princeton and Yale, each of which participated in the 2009 NCAA Tournament, garnered top-15 slots in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Men's College Hockey Preseason Poll.
Cornell and Princeton are recognized in the top ten at the No. 7 and No. 9 positions respectively, while the ECAC Hockey Coaches' and ECAC Hockey Writers and Broadcasters Association selection, Yale, comes in at the No. 11 spot.
All three teams finished in the final ranking of the 2008-09 poll.

ABOUT THE POLL: The 15th annual USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine Men's College Hockey Poll is conducted each week in conjunction with the American Hockey Coaches Association. The poll includes input from coaches and journalists representing each of the six NCAA Division I ice hockey conferences, as well as composite votes from officers of the American Hockey Coaches Association and USA Hockey Magazine, the most widely distributed hockey magazine in the world.
