St. Lawrence coach Joe Marsh said he never expects a playoff game to evolve into a run-and-gun affair, but it's hard not to get the feeling that such a game could develop this afternoon at Times Union Center in Albany.

Top-seeded Yale (22-7-2) will take on fourth-seeded St. Lawrence (21-11-4) in the early semifinal of the ECAC Hockey Championships in a 4 p.m. game that features the league's top two offenses.
