ALBANY -- Between them, Harvard and Cornell have reached the semifinals of the ECAC Hockey playoffs 57 times.

How appropriate the longtime rivals should battle each other tonight (7) at the Times Union Center, each seeking a berth in Saturday night's championship game!

Four times from 2002-2006, the Crimson and Big Red clashed at the downtown arena with the ECACH title on the line, each winning twice. The last time they met each other in the semis was 2001 in Lake Placid, two years before Championship Weekend was moved to Albany.
