Three ECACHL Men Named to All-America Teams

MILWAUKEE, Wis. - St. Lawrence University senior forward T.J. Trevelyan led the ECAC Hockey League's selections to this year's RBK Division I All-America squad, earning first-team honors. Dartmouth senior forward Mike Ouellette and Quinnipiac junior defenseman Reid Cashman also captured honors this year, being named to the second team.

Trevelyan, the ECACHL Player of the Year, had 20 goals and 28 assists for 48 points this past season, reaching career highs in assists and points and won the scoring title in league competition with 12 goals and 20 assists for 32 points, a four-point margin over his nearest competitor. Trevleyan has 78 goals and 76 assists for 154 points in 150 career games. He is fifth on the all-time SLU list in goal scoring and ninth all-time in total points. A unanimous choice as a first-team ECACHL All-Star, he was named the league's Player of the Year after leading the league in scoring in league play and in overall scoring.

Ouellette was named first-team All-ECACHL this season. He was also named the ECACHL's Best Defensive Forward. Ouellette led his team in scoring with 37 points and was in the top five in the ECACHL with 25 points. Ouellette finished his career at Dartmouth as the career games played leader with 136 and is fifth in scoring with 138 points. He is just one of 13 Big Green players to have eclipsed 50 goals and 50 assists as he graduates with 58 and 80, respectively.

A first-team All-ECAC Hockey League pick, Cashman made a smooth adjustment to the rigors of the ECACHL. For the second straight year, he topped his conference in assists after handing out 36 to lead all ECACHL players this season. His 41 points were 14 more than the next closest blue liner. Cashman also topped the league in power-play points. For the season, he ranked third among all Division I defensemen in scoring with and was fourth in the NCAA in assists.
